Shorts Publisher is a private internal scheduling tool operated by Choppa Corp (Choppa Media). It is used only by authorized Choppa Media personnel to publish original or client-authorized short-form videos from selected Google Drive folders to YouTube channels that Choppa Media is authorized to manage.
How it works
- The operator selects a Google Drive folder containing eligible videos.
- The operator authorizes the YouTube channel where those videos should be uploaded.
- The operator chooses a publishing cadence.
- Shorts Publisher uploads the next eligible video at each scheduled time and records successful uploads to prevent duplicates.
Data and privacy
The service requests only the Google permissions needed to read videos from a folder selected by the operator, identify an authorized YouTube channel, and upload videos. It does not access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, payment information, passwords, or unrelated Google Drive folders.
